These Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between You and Third Round Analytics Capital, LLC (“TRAC,” “we,” or “us”). The following terms and conditions “Terms and Conditions” govern your access to and use of trac.vc, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through trac.vc (the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user.

If there is a conflict between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and another TRAC Agreement and unless otherwise expressly agreed by the parties in writing that specific terms of these Terms and Conditions shall supersede specific provisions the other Agreement, but all provisions of your other agreement(s) with TRAC shall prevail.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
